My background in management means I understand that relationships, collaboration and challenge can be used to drive results to achieve desired business outcomes. I tap into all these areas when I work with clients, be they individuals or teams, to spark their full potential by providing space and support.

Using psychometric and 360-feedback assessments, I coach my clients – business owners, C-suite executives, senior and middle management – to develop self-awareness, helping them to identify and overcome their internal challenges. The outcome is an action plan of self-leadership that enables them to achieve long-term change.

The coaching I deliver is tailored to your specific needs, be it Executive Coaching, Career Coaching, Executive Facilitation, Leadership, Management or Organisation Development. My areas of specialty include increasing self-awareness, leading through change, communication skills, building effective teams and influencing. I continue to learn via the programmes I design and deliver. I recently completed courses in Leadership Embodiment and Coaching for Self Leadership with IFS (Internal Family Systems). I have also completed training in Presence-Based Coaching. I am a Certified Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence EQi (Mhs) Individual and 360, Everything DiSC, and Strengths Profile. In addition, I provide pro-bono coaching to support organisations such as Connect-a-Coach – set up to help front-line workers cope with COVID 19 – and One Family Ireland.
